Information über Zahnästhetik

Der Begriff der ästhetischen Zahnheilkunde wurde erst in den letzten Jahren in die Zahnheilkunde eingeführt. Die ästhetische Zahnheilkunde bedient sich der Behandlungsmöglichkeiten unterschiedlicher zahnärztlicher Disziplinen und stellt damit eigentlich kein eigenes Fachgebiet dar. In unserer Praxis kommen unterschiedliche Maßnahmen zum Einsatz:

• Photographie mit der Intraoralkamera zur Dokumentation des Ausgangszustandes
• Bleichen (Bleaching)
• Ästhetische Parodontalchirurgie; z. B. Decken von Rezessionen (Rückgang des Zahnfleisches nicht entzündlicher Genese)
• zahnfarbene Füllungen mit Komposites
• Keramikrestaurationen als Füllungen, Kronen
• Veneers; substanzschonende Präparation der Frontzähne und Aufkleben dünner, hochästhetischer Keramikverblendflächen
• Enge Kooperation mit versierten Kieferorthopäden zur Harmonisierung der Zahnstellung
